Urban Vision (formerly MAB) is part of Interserve. It has mission Partners located in eleven towns and cities in Britain where there are large populations of people who have originated from the Indian sub-continent together with asylum seekers from the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and the former Yugoslavian Republic.

Mission Partners assist churches and projects in their Christian witness and service to people of many different cultures. They come from different backgrounds and bring a variety of gifts and skills to Christian ministry, some with overseas experience.

• Providing short-term cross cultural training & experience
• Offering ongoing support and fellowship
• Providing openings as full/part-time mission partners with Urban Vision

We help churches make Christ known to people of other Faiths and cultures by:

• Providing a consultancy service to churches
• Facilitating local training for cross cultural evangelism
• Seconding mission Partners locally

We strengthen the corporate life and service of Asian Christian fellowships by:

• Helping to maximise local leadership potential
• Providing a network of support and encouragement
• Participating in the "Jewels in His Crown" Conference

Partnerships with other agencies

Urban Vision works in partnership with other agencies committed to cross cultural mission. It works closely with Kitab, Word of Life, Into the Light, the Alliance of Asian Christians, South Asia Concern, Faith to Faith and other organisations and groups.
